Here's how long a deep clean takes. It depends on the size of your home: about 3–4 work hours for a studio, and about 8 work hours for most 2–3 bedroom homes with multiple bathrooms.

One-time or recurring

For a one-time deep clean, most homes fall between $199 and $899, and larger estates are quoted individually. Recurring visits, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, are priced from $149 per visit — for example, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment or townhouse is $165 a visit at full price; a 3–4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms is about $245; each extra bathroom adds about $20. Weekly visits save 15%, and every-two-weeks visits save about 7%; monthly visits are full price.
