Pricing is simple: we quote the flat rate up front, based mainly on the number of bathrooms and kitchens, and the square footage. Deep cleans run from $199 (studios) and move-out cleans run from $249 for a studio. You'll know the number before we book.

Building Access, Parking and Elevators
Every building has its own routine for visitors, and you know yours best. When you book, tell us:
- Entry: a buzzer code, fob access, or a concierge or front desk to check in with
- Parking for our cleaners: visitor parking, a nearby loading zone or the street
- Elevator booking, especially on a move-out day when the movers have it reserved
- Anything else your building asks of visitors, like signing in or using a side entrance
